Our Story

Founded by Paul and Jason, two seasoned professionals with deep roots in construction, customer solutions and home building, We Just Demo was born from the simple idea of solving a common problem. After years of managing full-scale projects, they saw a recurring problem: skilled trades were being pulled away from their core work to handle demolition. It was inefficient, costly, and sometimes unsafe. That’s when the lightbulb went off.

Paul and Jason created We Just Demo to fill a much-needed gap in the industry: a demo-only company that contractors and homeowners could rely on to prep spaces quickly, safely, and affordably—without relying on labor that should be focused elsewhere.

We proudly serve both residential and commercial clients, from homeowners looking to open up a kitchen to general contractors managing major renovations or build-outs. We handle everything from standard tear-outs to custom demolition plans that require a little more finesse—and we do it all with a no-BS, straight-to-work attitude that clients love.
